Another cracking and pertinent This Column Will Change Your Life in the weekend Guardian. This week Oliver Burkeman revisits the topic of how we’re creating false personas via social network sites – something also considered by my wife Jo in a recent lecture (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sVgqniccezY). Pertinent because I’m obviously in the process of revising a public-facing persona for myself with this site. Thankfully, you can’t really hide within your writing and there are enough examples here to prevent me from totally disappearing up my own arse.

It’s been an age of not posting anything to the site – which isn’t to say that I’ve been idle over the past year. I’ve still been writing away in the background but now, with the shift over to WordPress, I’m hoping to collect everything together in one place for the first time. Well that’s the plan anyway…
